Yep it's that time of year again when we want to promote breast cancer awareness and raise lots and lots of money for Breast Cancer Research UK! After losing a very special lady to breast cancer at the beginning of this year I want to make an extra special effort for all things tickled pink.
Cancer Research UK have launched the new campaign called 'Frock Breast Cancer' whereby they want us to turn boring old October into wonderful new Frocktober! It's time to arrange a night out with all your girls and is an excuse to wear your most fabulous frock! Sounds brilliant doesn't it?? And even better just head on down to Cancer Research Uk to register for your free fundraising pack.
Now we all know that the perfect accessory for a gorgeous dress is an even more gorgeous manicure! And seen as how its breast cancer awareness, how about we all try to sport lovely tickled pink nails? Check out this picture of my cute pink ribbon nails:

So I hope this has inspired you all (if you haven't already) to go out and do your bit for breast cancer awareness. Even if its as simple as wearing pink for a day or sporting a lovely pink ribbon, with 1 in 8 women developing breast cancer at some point, it really is important to raise awareness.
